水庫適應(yīng)性調(diào)度方法研究

【摘要】:水庫調(diào)度是運用水庫的調(diào)蓄能力,在保證壩體安全的前提下,對水庫上游的天然洪水及徑流進(jìn)行有計劃的蓄泄,以達(dá)到興利除害、綜合利用水資源、滿足國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門需要的目的。水庫調(diào)度的優(yōu)劣不僅影響到大壩及下游人民的安全,更影響到水庫蓄泄過程中產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。由于現(xiàn)今優(yōu)化調(diào)度成為水庫調(diào)度研究的一個熱門方向,在此領(lǐng)域有了百花齊放的研究成果,但其優(yōu)化模型復(fù)雜,數(shù)據(jù)采集量大,計算參數(shù)復(fù)雜多變,優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案在調(diào)度實際中難以得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文根據(jù)水庫調(diào)度在調(diào)節(jié)計算過程中最常用的等流量調(diào)節(jié)計算方法,提出了動態(tài)適應(yīng)性水庫調(diào)度方法,結(jié)合知識可視化綜合集成平臺,構(gòu)建了較為通用的動態(tài)適應(yīng)性調(diào)度、評價管理系統(tǒng),旨在通過計算機(jī)及可視化手段,快速計算生成調(diào)度方案,對水庫調(diào)度決策者提供科學(xué)合理的幫助與指導(dǎo)。論文主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下:(1)動態(tài)適應(yīng)性的調(diào)度方法研究。基于常規(guī)等流量調(diào)節(jié)計算方法,分析其中不足之處,對其進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出適應(yīng)性水庫調(diào)度方法。其適應(yīng)性主要體現(xiàn)在:適應(yīng)不同的調(diào)節(jié)周期,適應(yīng)不同的來水過程,適應(yīng)不同的供需過程,適應(yīng)生態(tài)用水等其它約束條件,并可以對調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行實時動態(tài)修正及人工調(diào)整。(2)調(diào)度方案的評價優(yōu)選。系統(tǒng)的研究了水庫調(diào)度方案評價的指標(biāo)體系,并采用層次分析法與熵權(quán)法確定評價權(quán)重,運用集對分析法、模糊優(yōu)選法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法三種評價方法對調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行評價優(yōu)選。(3)動態(tài)適應(yīng)性調(diào)度、評價管理系統(tǒng)研究及實例應(yīng)用;谥R可視化綜合集成平臺,通過實例仿真,對一般水庫在調(diào)度過程中各種水量約束下,快速計算生成調(diào)度方案,并可以進(jìn)行方案人工調(diào)整,結(jié)果以圖、表的形式展示,過程可視可信,并具有較強(qiáng)的通用性;對多個調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行多方法的綜合評價,并對多評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行組合評價,為水庫調(diào)度過程提供了決策、協(xié)商和高效、可操作的綜合系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Reservoir operation is to use the ability of reservoir regulation and storage, under the premise of ensuring the safety of dam body, to store and drain the natural flood and runoff upstream of the reservoir, so as to achieve profit and eliminate damage and make comprehensive use of water resources. The purpose of meeting the needs of various departments of the national economy. The quality of reservoir operation not only affects the safety of dam and downstream people, but also affects the economic and social benefits produced in the process of reservoir storage and discharge. At present, optimal operation has become a hot research direction of reservoir operation, and there are a hundred flowers blooming research results in this field, but its optimization model is complex, the amount of data acquisition is large, and the calculation parameters are complex and changeable. The optimal scheduling scheme is difficult to be widely used in scheduling practice. According to the calculation method of equal flow regulation, which is the most commonly used method in the process of reservoir operation calculation, this paper puts forward the dynamic adaptive reservoir operation method, and constructs a more general dynamic adaptive operation method combined with the knowledge visualization integrated platform. The purpose of the evaluation management system is to quickly calculate and generate the dispatching scheme by means of computer and visualization, and to provide scientific and reasonable help and guidance to the reservoir dispatching decision makers. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) dynamic adaptive scheduling method. Based on the conventional equal flow regulation calculation method, the shortcomings are analyzed, and the adaptive reservoir operation method is put forward. Its adaptability is mainly reflected in: adapt to different adjustment cycles, adapt to different incoming water processes, adapt to different supply and demand processes, adapt to other constraints such as ecological water use, The real-time dynamic correction and manual adjustment of the scheduling scheme can be carried out. (2) the evaluation and optimization of the scheduling scheme. The index system of reservoir operation scheme evaluation is systematically studied, and the evaluation weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method, and the set pair analysis method and fuzzy optimization method are used. Three evaluation methods of grey relational analysis are used to evaluate and optimize the scheduling scheme. (3) dynamic adaptive scheduling, evaluation management system research and application. Based on the integrated platform of knowledge visualization and integration, through an example simulation, the dispatching scheme of the general reservoir is quickly calculated and generated under all kinds of water constraints in the dispatching process, and the scheme can be manually adjusted. The results are shown in the form of graphs and tables. The process can be trusted and has strong generality. The multi-method comprehensive evaluation of multiple dispatching schemes and the combined evaluation of multi-evaluation results provide a decision-making, negotiation and efficient and operable integrated system for reservoir operation process.
