【摘要】：針對水力機(jī)械水力暫態(tài)過程中非定常流動(dòng)的動(dòng)邊界問題,基于浸入邊界法的建模思想,將剛體運(yùn)動(dòng)對流場的影響以附加體力的形式加入Navier-Stokes方程,建立了活動(dòng)導(dǎo)葉連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)和流體相互作用的數(shù)學(xué)模型.采用直接分步投影方法求解基于浸入邊界法的耦合系統(tǒng)方程,其中固體邊界離散點(diǎn)的作用力密度通過強(qiáng)制滿足流固邊界的無滑移條件導(dǎo)出,并通過δ光滑函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換到流場的歐拉網(wǎng)格點(diǎn)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)對速度場的二次修正.通過數(shù)值模擬活動(dòng)導(dǎo)葉連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)下葉道內(nèi)復(fù)雜湍流流動(dòng),獲取活動(dòng)導(dǎo)葉連續(xù)開、關(guān)過程中渦量等流動(dòng)參量的時(shí)變特性和作用于轉(zhuǎn)輪上的水力載荷特性.計(jì)算結(jié)果有助于水力機(jī)械暫態(tài)過程和機(jī)組穩(wěn)定性控制策略的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì).
[Abstract]:Aiming at the dynamic boundary problem of unstable flow in hydraulic transient process of hydraulic machinery, based on the modeling idea of immersion boundary method, the influence of rigid body motion on flow field is added to Navier-Stokes equation in the form of additional physical force. The mathematical model of continuous motion and fluid interaction of moving guide vane is established. The direct step projection method is used to solve the coupled system equation based on the immersion boundary method, in which the force density of the discrete point of the solid boundary is derived by forcibly satisfying the non-slip condition of the fluid-solid boundary. The second correction of the velocity field is realized by converting the 未 smooth function to the Euler grid point of the flow field. By numerical simulation of the complex turbulent flow in the vane under the continuous motion of the movable guide vane, the time-varying characteristics of the flow parameters such as the continuous opening and closing of the movable guide vane and the hydraulic load characteristics acting on the runner are obtained. The calculation results are helpful to the optimal design of transient process and stability control strategy of hydraulic machinery.
