【摘要】：醫(yī)院康復科病人在脫離生命危險后,如何以積極的心態(tài)進行康復訓練,如何將醫(yī)務社會工作更好的嵌入到醫(yī)院康復科中為病人提供服務是困擾醫(yī)務社會工作者的一個難題。本文通過文獻法、參與式觀察法以及在醫(yī)院康復科的實習經(jīng)歷得出當前醫(yī)院的管理體制不健全,醫(yī)務社會工作者在醫(yī)院的定位不清,社會工作者在為病人提供專業(yè)服務中存在大眾對于社會工作的認同感不高,倫理困境等問題。針對目前社會工作在醫(yī)院中存在的問題,從醫(yī)務社會工作在醫(yī)院管理制度中的嵌入和社會工作價值觀在病人健康照顧中的人文關懷兩個方面,提出在制度方面應完善相關法律法規(guī)、將社會工作納入到醫(yī)療服務體系中等,在人文關懷方面應當秉承社會工作的專業(yè)價值觀,加強社會工作者自身的專業(yè)知識和道德素養(yǎng)等。 全文共分為六個部分。第一部分主要闡述了選題的背景、問題的提出和研究的意義。第二部分是文章相關重要概念的梳理以及本研究相關的研究綜述。第三部分介紹了本文采用的研究方法及研究的過程。第四部分是從管理體制方面闡述了目前社會工作在醫(yī)院開展服務中存在的障礙,并提出解決辦法。第五部分是從人文關懷的角度,闡述了筆者在醫(yī)院的實習中,在為病人提供服務的過程中,需要遵守的價值觀及遇到的倫理困境。第六部分是針對社會工作者在為康復科病人提供服務過程中遭遇到的問題,從剛性的制度管理方面和柔性的人文關懷方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:How to carry out rehabilitation training with a positive attitude and how to better embed medical social work into the hospital rehabilitation department to provide services to patients is a difficult problem for medical social workers. Based on the literature method, the participatory observation method and the practice experience in the rehabilitation department of the hospital, this paper concludes that the current hospital management system is not perfect, and the position of the medical social workers in the hospital is not clear. In providing professional services to patients, social workers have some problems such as low public identity to social work, ethical dilemma and so on. In view of the existing problems of social work in hospitals, this paper discusses the embedding of medical social work in hospital management system and the humanistic care of social work values in patient health care. It is suggested that the relevant laws and regulations should be perfected, social work should be brought into the medical service system, the professional values of social work should be adhered to in the aspect of humanistic care, and the professional knowledge and moral literacy of social workers should be strengthened. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part mainly expounds the background, the problem and the significance of the research. The second part is the related important concepts of the review and research review. The third part introduces the research methods and the research process. The fourth part is from the management system aspect elaborated the present social work in the hospital to carry out the service the barrier, and proposed the solution. In the fifth part, from the angle of humanistic care, the author expounds the values to be observed and the ethical dilemma encountered in the course of providing service to the patients in the practice of the hospital. The sixth part is to put forward suggestions on rigid system management and flexible humanistic care for social workers in the process of providing service to rehabilitation patients.
