【摘要】：文化是民族的血脈,是人民的精神家園。當(dāng)今世界,文化越來越成為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要支撐、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和諧發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,在綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的地位和作用愈加凸顯。我國(guó)地理環(huán)境的多樣性造就了文化的多元化,在不同自然生態(tài)環(huán)境條件下形成的地域文化各具特色,是中華文化的重要組成部分。然而伴隨著全球化、一體化趨勢(shì)的不斷加強(qiáng),地方特色文化發(fā)展的自然環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境都發(fā)生著深刻的變化,使許多地域文化面臨同化、異質(zhì)、甚至消失的威脅。為加強(qiáng)對(duì)地方特色文化的完整性保護(hù),《國(guó)家“十一五”時(shí)期文化發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》(2006-2010)中提出建立文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)。文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)強(qiáng)調(diào)人文環(huán)境與自然環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)、文化生態(tài)與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)相協(xié)調(diào)。這種系統(tǒng)性、可持續(xù)性的保護(hù)模式是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)背景下文化瑰寶得以傳承和發(fā)揚(yáng)的有效途徑。在此背景下,本文以形成于大巴山系和長(zhǎng)江三峽流域、具有重要保護(hù)與傳承意義的巴文化為研究對(duì)象,以實(shí)現(xiàn)巴文化的完整保護(hù)和動(dòng)態(tài)開發(fā)為研究目的,以巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)的范圍劃定以及保護(hù)區(qū)建設(shè)管理為研究?jī)?nèi)容。本文首先運(yùn)用文化生態(tài)學(xué)理論,梳理出巴文化體系,并明確其主要分布于川渝陜鄂湘交界區(qū)域；第二步,運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)相關(guān)區(qū)域能否劃定為巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用引力模型測(cè)算相關(guān)區(qū)域之間的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度,將評(píng)價(jià)值較高且彼此之間聯(lián)系緊密的區(qū)域劃為巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū),即在地理空間上界定保護(hù)區(qū)范圍；第三步,明確保護(hù)區(qū)保護(hù)重點(diǎn)及保護(hù)措施；第四步,依據(jù)保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)各城市的評(píng)價(jià)值高低選擇先期建設(shè)試點(diǎn),并參照其他城市與三個(gè)試點(diǎn)的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度劃分保護(hù)亞區(qū)；最后,總結(jié)研究結(jié)論并展望。通過研究探討,本文得出的結(jié)論主要有：第一,構(gòu)建巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū),是保護(hù)與傳承巴文化的有效途徑巴文化是大巴山系與長(zhǎng)江三峽流域特殊地理環(huán)境下形成的地域文化,對(duì)巴文化的完整性保護(hù)應(yīng)包括物質(zhì)文化、非物質(zhì)文化以及文化形成與發(fā)展的環(huán)境三方面。文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)強(qiáng)調(diào)的物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)相結(jié)合、自然生態(tài)保護(hù)與社會(huì)環(huán)境保護(hù)相結(jié)合、整體保護(hù)與重點(diǎn)保護(hù)相結(jié)合、保護(hù)與開發(fā)相結(jié)合的發(fā)展理念,有利于巴文化的完整性和原真性保護(hù)。第二,經(jīng)本文構(gòu)建的巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系測(cè)算得出,重慶市、宜昌市、巴中市評(píng)價(jià)值最高,十堰市、湘西州評(píng)價(jià)值最低,且評(píng)價(jià)值的高低可作為某一區(qū)域能否劃定為巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)的重要依據(jù)之一本文遵循文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)物質(zhì)文化與非物質(zhì)文化保護(hù)相結(jié)合、文化本體與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)相結(jié)合的理念,結(jié)合巴文化的實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,運(yùn)用層次分析法,選取了涵蓋文化、生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)三方面內(nèi)容的15項(xiàng)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)測(cè)算結(jié)果分析得出,重慶市、宜昌市、巴中市評(píng)價(jià)值最高,廣元市、達(dá)州市、南充市、廣安市、恩施土家族苗族自治州、漢中市、安康市評(píng)價(jià)值相對(duì)較高,十堰市、湘西州評(píng)價(jià)值較低。第三,經(jīng)巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度測(cè)算得出,南充與重慶、廣安與重慶的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系非常強(qiáng),達(dá)州與重慶的聯(lián)系較強(qiáng),十堰、湘西與其他城市的聯(lián)系均較弱引入引力模型,運(yùn)用巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)值、人口和距離數(shù)據(jù),分別測(cè)算相關(guān)區(qū)域之間的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度。分析得出,南充與重慶、廣安與重慶具有非常強(qiáng)的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系;達(dá)州與重慶具有較強(qiáng)的聯(lián)系；恩施與宜昌,漢中與巴中、安康與巴中、廣元與巴中的聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度一般；十堰、湘西與重慶、宜昌、巴中、漢中的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系均較弱。第四,巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)范圍包括：重慶市,四川省廣元市、巴中市、達(dá)州市、南充市、廣安市,湖北省宜昌市、恩施土家族苗族自治州,陜西省漢中市、安康市的地域范圍本文運(yùn)用巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以及巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度,對(duì)目前巴文化分布最為集中的川渝陜鄂湘的相關(guān)區(qū)域進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),去除評(píng)價(jià)值最低且與其他城市的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系最弱的十堰市和湘西州,將巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)值較高且彼此之間聯(lián)系緊密的區(qū)域納入保護(hù)區(qū),劃定巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)的范圍包括：重慶市,四川省廣元市、巴中市、達(dá)州市、南充市、廣安市,湖北省宜昌市、恩施土家族苗族自治州,陜西省漢中市、安康市,共10座城市的地域范圍。第五,保護(hù)區(qū)以評(píng)價(jià)值最高的重慶市、宜昌市、巴中市為先期發(fā)展試點(diǎn),并圍繞三大試點(diǎn)分別形成川渝、鄂西、川陜?nèi)蟊Ｗo(hù)亞區(qū)本文將巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)值最高的重慶、宜昌、巴中作為先期發(fā)展試點(diǎn)；在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)其他城市與這三個(gè)試點(diǎn)之間的巴文化生態(tài)發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度,并綜合考慮地理空間的連續(xù)性,將保護(hù)區(qū)進(jìn)一步劃分為以重慶為核心的川渝亞區(qū),以宜昌為核心的鄂西亞區(qū),以及以巴中為核心的川陜亞區(qū)。通過本文的研究,梳理了巴文化體系,構(gòu)建了巴文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并提出以相關(guān)區(qū)域的評(píng)價(jià)值高低以及文化生態(tài)發(fā)展發(fā)展聯(lián)系強(qiáng)弱為主要依據(jù)的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)范圍界定方法,是對(duì)以往的巴文化以及文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)相關(guān)研究的有益補(bǔ)充,也是本文的創(chuàng)新所在。
[Abstract]:Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. In today's world, culture is becoming an important source of national cohesion and creativity. The important support of the economic and social development and the key factors of the social stability and harmonious development are becoming more and more prominent in the competition of comprehensive national strength. The diversity of our country's geographical environment has created the article. The regional culture, formed under the conditions of different natural ecological environment, is an important part of Chinese culture. However, with globalization, the trend of integration is constantly strengthened, the natural environment and social environment of local characteristic cultural development have undergone profound changes, which make many regional cultures face assimilation and difference. In order to strengthen the protection of the integrity of local culture, in order to strengthen the protection of the integrity of local culture, the national program for cultural development in the 11th Five-Year period (2006-2010) proposed the establishment of a cultural ecological protection zone. The cultural and ecological protection zone emphasizes the coordination of the human environment and the natural environment, and the coordination of the cultural ecology and the social economy. The sustainable protection mode is an effective way to inherit and develop cultural treasures under the background of modern society. Under this background, this paper takes Ba culture, which is formed in the Daba Mountains and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, and has important protection and inheritance significance as the research object, in order to realize the complete protection and dynamic development of the Ba culture as the research aim, the culture of the Ba culture. In this paper, the article first uses the theory of cultural ecology to comb out the Ba culture system, and makes clear that it is mainly distributed in the region of Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Hubei and Hunan; the second step is to construct the evaluation index system of the Ba culture ecological protection area by the analytic hierarchy process. On the basis of this, we use the gravitational model to measure the relationship between the related areas and the relationship between the ecological development of the Pakistan culture, and make the areas with higher evaluation and close contact between each other into the ecological protection area of the Ba culture, that is to define the scope of the protected area in the geographical space; the third step is to clear the protected area. The fourth step, according to the evaluation value of each city in the protected area, selected the pilot construction pilot, and divided the protection sub area according to the relationship between the other cities and the three pilots, and finally summed up the conclusions and prospects. Through the research, the conclusions of this paper are mainly: the first, The construction of the Ba culture ecological protection area is an effective way to protect and inherit the Ba culture. The Ba culture is the regional culture formed under the special geographical environment of the Daba Mountain and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The integrity protection of the Ba culture should include three aspects of the material culture, the non material culture and the environment for the formation and development of the culture. The combination of the protection of material cultural heritage and the protection of intangible cultural heritage, the combination of natural ecological protection and social environment protection, the combination of the whole protection and the key protection, the combination of protection and development, is beneficial to the integrity of the Ba culture and the protection of the original authenticity. Second, the evaluation of the Ba culture ecological protection zone constructed in this article The price index system calculates that Chongqing, Yichang city and Bazhong city have the highest evaluation value, Shiyan and Xiangxi state the lowest evaluation value, and the evaluation value can be regarded as one of the important bases for a region to be designated as the Ba culture ecological protection area. The concept of combination of body and ecological environment protection, combined with the actual development of Pakistan culture, using the analytic hierarchy process, selected 15 indexes covering three aspects of culture, ecology and economy, and constructed the evaluation index system of the Ba culture ecological protection area. According to the results of calculation, the evaluation value of Chongqing, Yichang and Bazhong is the highest. Yuan City, Dazhou City, Nanchong City, Guang'an City, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hanzhoung city and Ankang City have relatively high evaluation value, Shiyan city and Xiangxi are relatively low. Third, the relationship between Nanchong and Chongqing, Guang'an and Chongqing is very strong, and the relation between Dazhou and Chongqing is better than that of Chongqing. Strong, Shiyan, Xiangxi and other cities are weak in the introduction of gravity model, using the evaluation value of the Ba culture ecological protection zone, population and distance data to calculate the relationship between the related regions and the relationship between the cultural and ecological development of the Palestine culture. It is concluded that Nanchong and Chongqing, Guang'an and Chongqing have a very strong relationship between the ecological development of the Ba culture and the Dazhou and the Dazhou. Chongqing has a strong connection; Enshi and Yichang, Hanzhoung and Bazhong, Ankang and Bazhong, Guangyuan and Bazhong are in general intensity; Shiyan, Xiangxi and Chongqing, Yichang, Bazhong, and Pakistan cultural relations are weak. Fourth, the scope of the Ba culture ecological protection area includes: The regional scope of Guang'an, Hubei Province, Yichang, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hanzhoung city of Shaanxi Province, and Ankang City, this article uses the evaluation index system of the Ba culture ecological protection area and the strength of the relationship between the Ba culture and the ecological development, and analyzes and evaluates the area of Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Hubei and Hunan, which is the most concentrated distribution of the Pakistani culture. In addition to the lowest evaluation value and the weakest ties with other cities, Shiyan and Xiangxi, which have the weakest links to the cultural and ecological development of other cities, include the areas with higher evaluation of the level of the cultural and ecological development of Pakistan and closely linked to each other into the protected areas, and the scope of the Ba culture ecological protection areas includes Chongqing, Guangyuan, Bazhong, Dazhou, Nanchong and Nanchong. City, Guang'an, Yichang city of Hubei Province, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hanzhoung city of Shaanxi Province, Ankang City, the regional scope of 10 cities. Fifth, the protection zone is the first pilot development of Chongqing City, Yichang city and Bazhong City, and the three sub areas of Sichuan, Sichuan and Shaanxi Province around the three major pilot projects will be the main protection subareas of Ba Wen Chongqing, Yichang and Bazhong, which have the highest evaluation value in the chemical ecological protection zone, are the pilot development pilot. On this basis, the protection area is further divided into the Sichuan and Chongqing sub region with Chongqing as the core and Yichang as the core, based on the strength of the relationship between other cities and the three pilots and the continuity of the geographical space. In the area of Western and Western Asia and the core of Sichuan and Shanxi Asia in the center of Israel and Palestine, through this study, the system of the Ba culture is combed, the evaluation index system of the Ba culture ecological protection area is constructed, and the method of defining the scope of the cultural ecological protection area is mainly based on the evaluation value of the related regions and the development and development of the cultural ecology and development. It is a useful supplement to the previous studies on Ba culture and cultural ecology reserve, and is also the innovation of this article.
