【摘要】：本研究旨在探索城市幸福指數(shù)指標體系的理論構成并編制適合城市居民使用的幸福指數(shù)調查問卷。在理論構想的基礎上,根據開放式問卷和前人相關研究,初步確定了城市居民幸福指數(shù)指標體系的問卷構成和問卷題項。探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析及專家、政府工作人員審定表明,構建的城市居民幸福指數(shù)調查問卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作為調查或評估城市居民幸福指數(shù)的有效工具。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical structure of the index system of urban happiness and to compile a questionnaire of happiness index suitable for urban residents. On the basis of theoretical conception, according to the open questionnaire and previous related studies, the questionnaire composition and the questionnaire items of the index system of urban residents' happiness are preliminarily determined. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, expert and government staff examination and approval show that the constructed questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Can be used as a survey or assessment of the well-being of urban residents an effective tool.
