【摘要】：宋代以漕運(yùn)為本,運(yùn)河運(yùn)輸與其地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著深刻的聯(lián)系,二者之間存在雙向的互動(dòng)的發(fā)展關(guān)系。浙東運(yùn)河在宋室南渡以后不僅承擔(dān)著物產(chǎn)豐富東南地區(qū)將貨物送往都城臨安的重任,還是南宋進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的重要水運(yùn)交通航線。所以,及時(shí)有效地整治浙東運(yùn)河,使其暢通便利,不僅可以帶動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,還可以促成交通發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長一個(gè)良性的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。本文通過對南宋時(shí)期朝廷對于浙東運(yùn)河整治的背景原因、整治等方面,對浙東運(yùn)河的整治進(jìn)行研究,其主要章節(jié)有:第一章,南宋浙東運(yùn)河整治的背景原因。南宋浙東運(yùn)河的地位不斷上升,這不僅與其處在重要的地理地勢有關(guān),還因?yàn)槟纤位始伊晷拗诮B興府以東,梓宮搬運(yùn)非水路莫辦。并且,東南地區(qū)物資輸送都城臨安以及進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易,浙東運(yùn)河都是重要的水運(yùn)交通要道。所以因其政府極其重視,給予大力整治。第二章,南宋浙東運(yùn)河整治的概況。分段詳述浙東運(yùn)河的整治過程,其中包括上虞縣梁湖堰東運(yùn)河的整治、越州至余姚縣運(yùn)河的整治、慈溪江的整治、西興段運(yùn)河的整治和鑒湖航段的整治。第三章,南宋浙東運(yùn)河上的工程技術(shù)及當(dāng)時(shí)領(lǐng)先世界的造船水平。詳細(xì)介紹了南宋時(shí)期浙東運(yùn)河上堤塘,堰,閘和斗門等的工程技術(shù)和當(dāng)時(shí)造船技術(shù)之先進(jìn),船舶載重量的提高等內(nèi)容。第四章,南宋浙東運(yùn)河的整治與浙東地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。通過對當(dāng)時(shí)浙東地區(qū)人口增長情況的分析,商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及沿線市鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展情況,反映出浙東運(yùn)河的發(fā)展與其地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展可謂互為因果的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty was based on the transport of water, and the canal transportation was deeply connected with its regional economic development. There was a two-way interactive development relationship between the two. The Zhejiang East Canal not only took the heavy responsibility of transporting goods to the capital of the southeast, but also the important water transportation route of the import and export trade of the Southern Song Dynasty. The timely and effective renovation of the eastern Zhejiang canal to make it smooth and convenient, not only can promote the development of the social economy, but also promote a benign circulation system for the development of traffic and economic growth. This paper studies the regulation of the East Zhejiang canal through the aspects of the imperial court in the Southern Song Dynasty and the regulation of the eastern Zhejiang canal. Chapter 1: the first chapter, the background of the reconstruction of the East Zhejiang canal in the Southern Song Dynasty. The position of the East Zhejiang canal in the Southern Song Dynasty is rising. It is not only related to the important geographical terrain, but also because the imperial six Mausoleum of the Southern Song Dynasty is built in the east of the Shaoxing palace, and the catalpa palace is carrying non water roads. And the southeastern region supplies the capital city Ling'an, import and export trade, Zhejiang Province. The East Canal is an important waterway transportation main road. Therefore, because of its government's great importance, it gives great efforts. Second chapters, the general situation of the canal regulation in the eastern Zhejiang Province. The regulation process of the eastern Zhejiang canal, including the renovation of the East Canal of Shangyu Liang Lake weir, the regulation of the Yunhe River in Yue Zhou to Yuyao County, the renovation of the Cixi River, the canal of the Xi Xing section, is described in detail. The third chapter, the engineering technology and the shipbuilding level leading the world in the eastern Zhejiang Province in the Southern Song Dynasty. The engineering technology of the embankment pond, the weir, the sluice and the Doumen of the eastern Zhejiang Province during the Southern Song Dynasty, the advanced shipbuilding technology and the improvement of the ship's load were introduced in detail. The fourth chapter, the renovation of the eastern Zhejiang East Canal in the Southern Song Dynasty. And the economic development of the East Zhejiang Province, through the analysis of the population growth in the east of Zhejiang Province, the development of the commodity economy and the development of the town along the line, it reflects the relationship between the development of the East Zhejiang canal and its economic development in the region.
