【摘要】：朝鮮半島西連東亞大陸，東通日本群島的特殊地理位置，使其在中日朝三國(guó)中的交流扮演重要的角色。中朝兩國(guó)間也因?yàn)榈乩砩系谋憷�，，以及歷代政治上的親密關(guān)系，有著遠(yuǎn)非他國(guó)所能比的頻繁的交流活動(dòng)，其中便包含了中朝兩國(guó)之間長(zhǎng)達(dá)千余年的醫(yī)學(xué)交流活動(dòng)。 從朝鮮半島本土來(lái)看，朝鮮李朝是朝鮮本土醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的最重要階段。在這一時(shí)期，朝鮮半島的醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展得到了政府的高度重視，李朝政府從各個(gè)方面推進(jìn)朝鮮半島醫(yī)學(xué)的本土化，并取得了極大的成果，最終使得朝鮮半島的醫(yī)學(xué)有了獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)新，得以自成體系，獨(dú)立發(fā)展。而從兩國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)交流的角度來(lái)看，明朝是兩國(guó)間頻繁交流的最后一個(gè)時(shí)期。在明朝，兩國(guó)之間的醫(yī)學(xué)交流活動(dòng)幾乎達(dá)到了頂峰，但在明朝滅亡之后，由于各種原因，這種活動(dòng)則開(kāi)始進(jìn)入到一個(gè)相對(duì)較為沉寂的時(shí)期。 明朝和朝鮮李朝，這是在不同空間上產(chǎn)生的兩個(gè)時(shí)間概念，實(shí)際上，這兩個(gè)概念在長(zhǎng)達(dá)兩百年的時(shí)間里是相互重疊的。這就使得對(duì)明代，亦即是朝鮮李朝的中前期這一時(shí)段兩國(guó)間的醫(yī)學(xué)交流情況進(jìn)行研究有了很大的必要。通過(guò)對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究，后人得以探究?jī)蓢?guó)間的醫(yī)學(xué)文化交流情況，了解到這種交流體現(xiàn)了兩國(guó)怎樣的關(guān)系，以及這種交流對(duì)彼此的文化產(chǎn)生了何種影響，也能夠?qū)蓢?guó)彼此的醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展進(jìn)程有更為深刻的了解。
[Abstract]:East Asia is connected to the west of the Korean Peninsula, and the special geographical position of the Japanese archipelago to the east, making it play an important role in the exchanges between China, Japan and the DPRK. Because of the geographical convenience and the close political relationship between China and North Korea, there are more frequent exchanges than other countries, including medical exchanges between China and North Korea for more than a thousand years. From the point of view of the Korean Peninsula, the Korean Lee Dynasty is the most important stage of the development of Korean native medicine. During this period, the development of medicine on the Korean peninsula was highly valued by the government. The Lee Korean government promoted the localization of medicine on the Korean Peninsula from all aspects, and achieved great results, which finally made the medicine of the Korean Peninsula unique and innovative. Be able to form a system, independent development. From the perspective of medical exchanges between the two countries, the Ming Dynasty is the last period of frequent exchanges between the two countries. In the Ming Dynasty, the medical communication between the two countries almost reached the peak, but after the death of the Ming Dynasty, for various reasons, this activity began to enter a relatively quiet period. The Ming Dynasty and the Korean Lee Dynasty were two concepts of time produced in different spaces. In fact, the two concepts overlapped each other for two hundred years. This makes it necessary to study the medical exchanges between the two countries during the middle and early stages of the Ming Dynasty, or the early stage of the Korean Lee Dynasty. By studying it, future generations have been able to explore the medical cultural exchanges between the two countries, to see what kind of relationship this exchange represents and how it affects each other's cultures. They can also have a deeper understanding of each other's medical development process.
