【摘要】：政治文化影響人們的政治心理和政治行為。在一個(gè)國家的政治發(fā)展中,政治文化是政治穩(wěn)定的基礎(chǔ),彰顯政治制度的精神,為政治發(fā)展提供引導(dǎo)。因此,任何一個(gè)成熟型的執(zhí)政黨對(duì)政治文化建設(shè)都會(huì)保持足夠的警醒。但是,作為一個(gè)具有與時(shí)俱進(jìn)品格的執(zhí)政黨,中國共產(chǎn)黨推動(dòng)政治文化建設(shè)并不僅僅源于此。當(dāng)前情勢(shì)下,重視政治文化建設(shè)包含著中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)新的時(shí)代訴求作出的回應(yīng)。新的時(shí)代訴求和執(zhí)政使命從深層次上預(yù)設(shè)了政治文化建設(shè)要回答其價(jià)值取向和基本規(guī)范問題。對(duì)此,需要從價(jià)值底色、價(jià)值引領(lǐng)和基本遵循等三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行建構(gòu)。價(jià)值底色關(guān)注的是宏觀層面的理想信仰,價(jià)值引領(lǐng)關(guān)注的是中觀層面的政治生態(tài),基本遵循關(guān)注的是微觀層面的黨內(nèi)法規(guī)。價(jià)值取向和基本規(guī)范表明的是政治文化建設(shè)的方向和遵循,實(shí)施機(jī)制則是告訴人們通過什么樣的路徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)這些目標(biāo)�；�于此,需要構(gòu)建制度文化、生態(tài)文化、行為文化三者合力互動(dòng)的聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Political culture influences people's political psychology and behavior. In the political development of a country, political culture is the foundation of political stability, showing the spirit of political system and providing guidance for political development. Therefore, any mature ruling party will remain alert to political and cultural construction. However, as a ruling party with the character of keeping pace with the times, the Communist Party of China promotes the construction of political culture not only from this. Under the current situation, attaching importance to the construction of political culture includes the response of the CPC to the demands of the new era. The demands of the new era and the ruling mission presuppose that the construction of political culture should answer its value orientation and basic standard. Therefore, it needs to be constructed from three aspects: value background, value guidance and basic adherence. The value background concerns the ideal belief at the macro level, the value leads the attention to the political ecology at the middle level, and basically follows the inner-party laws and regulations at the micro level. Value orientation and basic norms indicate the direction and follow of political and cultural construction, and the implementation mechanism is to tell people what path to achieve these goals. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the interaction mechanism of institutional culture, ecological culture and behavioral culture.
