【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)能夠有效彌補(bǔ)醫(yī)療資源短缺的現(xiàn)象。然而,目前在我國遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)尚處于起步階段,實(shí)際應(yīng)用較少。本文設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)基于Android平臺(tái)的,具備生理參數(shù)監(jiān)護(hù)、遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控等功能的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)終端系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)為病患者提供遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)測和醫(yī)療交互服務(wù)。本論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)圍繞遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用場景對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求展開分析;提出了遠(yuǎn)程體系架構(gòu)。遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)包括生理參數(shù)采集終端、Android手機(jī)監(jiān)護(hù)終端、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)中心三個(gè)部分。(2)對(duì)Android手機(jī)監(jiān)護(hù)終端系統(tǒng)部分的功能需求進(jìn)行分析,以及主要流程和數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。Android手機(jī)監(jiān)護(hù)終端系統(tǒng)主要包括血壓測量、血糖測量、遠(yuǎn)程視頻和系統(tǒng)設(shè)置等功能;系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)流程圖包括藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)繪圖和遠(yuǎn)程視頻等。系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)包括血糖和血壓監(jiān)測、用戶信息、用戶健康信息等。(3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工具等環(huán)境進(jìn)行說明;給出基于MVC的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)架構(gòu);給出系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)如藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)繪圖、遠(yuǎn)程視頻實(shí)現(xiàn)核心代碼或步驟流程等;給出系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行界面,包括注冊登錄、血壓和血糖測量、血壓和血糖歷史數(shù)據(jù)、遠(yuǎn)程視頻和系統(tǒng)設(shè)置等。依托于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行,遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)終端系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,醫(yī)護(hù)人員與病患者能夠更加便捷靈活地進(jìn)行病情交流,同時(shí)能夠改善病患者的生活質(zhì)量并降低醫(yī)療費(fèi)用;提高從治療到預(yù)防的醫(yī)療效率;為病患者和醫(yī)護(hù)人員之間搭建起溝通的橋梁。
[Abstract]:Telemedicine can effectively make up for the shortage of medical resources. However, telemedicine in China is still in its infancy, and its practical application is less. This paper designs a remote medical monitoring terminal system based on Android platform, which has physiological parameter monitoring, remote video monitoring and other functions. The system provides remote medical monitoring and medical interactive services for patients. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) the requirement of telemedicine monitoring system is analyzed, and the remote architecture is proposed. Telemedicine monitoring system includes three parts: physiological parameter collection terminal, Android mobile phone monitoring terminal and remote monitoring center. (2) the functional requirements of Android mobile phone monitoring terminal system are analyzed. The Android mobile phone monitoring terminal system mainly includes blood pressure measurement, blood sugar measurement, remote video and system settings. The key technology flow chart of the system includes Bluetooth data transmission, data drawing and remote video. The system database design includes blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring, user information, user health information, etc. (3) the system development tools are described, and the system development framework based on MVC is given. The key technologies of the system, such as Bluetooth data transmission, data drawing, remote video implementation core code or process, etc. The operating interface of the system is given, including registration login, blood pressure and blood sugar measurement, blood pressure and blood sugar historical data, remote video and system settings, etc. Depending on the operation of wireless network, the design and implementation of tele-medical monitoring terminal system has certain practical significance. Medical staff and patients can communicate with each other more conveniently and flexibly. At the same time, it can improve the quality of life and reduce the cost of medical care. Improve medical efficiency from treatment to prevention; build bridges between patients and health care workers.
