【摘要】： The uniqueness and non-replacement of national music value are paid great attention as the Full-time compulsory education music curriculum standard(Test version) emerged and the notion that Zhong hua culture must be the basic of music education put forward .Through the investigation of school music education of Subei ethnic Mongol autonomous region ,at the same time refering to education experience of the other minority nationality region ,the author will make comments on school music education of Subei ethnic Mongol autonomous region and will sum up the usefull experience. The study include three parts . The first part . The development and general condition of music culture and education in Subei ethnic Mongol autonomous region.Sum up the history ,ethnic culture ,the summary of music education in Subei ethnic Mongol autonomous region. The second part ,The outcome of investigation and current situation analyse .through the data and material in the investigation ,describe hardware and software of music education in this region and find out problems and analyse the current situation . The third part ,Research and countermeasure .This part mainly on the basis of new curriculum standard ,think over music education in Subei ethnic Mongol autonomous region give suggestions to current problems
