澳大利亞主流新聞媒體對(duì)孔子學(xué)院報(bào)道的框架分析(2005-2019)

自首家孔子學(xué)院2004年在韓國(guó)首爾正式成立以來(lái),孔子學(xué)院發(fā)展迅速,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于孔子學(xué)院的研究層出不窮,然而關(guān)于媒體對(duì)孔子學(xué)院報(bào)道的研究卻寥寥無(wú)幾。因此,本文運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法和話語(yǔ)分析法,從報(bào)道的數(shù)量篇幅、消息來(lái)源、傾向性和報(bào)道框架四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,并分析澳大利亞主流新聞媒體對(duì)孔子學(xué)院報(bào)道呈現(xiàn)的特征及探究背后緣由。研究樣本選取自Factiva學(xué)術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),主流新聞媒體以澳大利亞最具代表性的兩大報(bào)紙《澳大利亞人報(bào)》和《悉尼先驅(qū)晨報(bào)》為樣本,時(shí)間選取我國(guó)在西澳大學(xué)建立第一所孔子學(xué)院的時(shí)間2005年5月為起點(diǎn)至2019年9月末。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),澳大利亞主流新聞媒體關(guān)于孔子學(xué)院的報(bào)道量及關(guān)注度波動(dòng)上升,但目前孔子學(xué)院為主題的通篇報(bào)道數(shù)量較少。消息來(lái)源主要由兩家紙媒供稿,而來(lái)自中國(guó)媒體或者孔子學(xué)院的信源缺少,說(shuō)明澳大利亞媒體在孔子學(xué)院報(bào)道方面擁有主要話語(yǔ)權(quán)。其次,根據(jù)新聞樣本報(bào)道內(nèi)容,通過(guò)編碼得出四個(gè)主要框架,即文化框架、政治框架、戰(zhàn)略框架和經(jīng)濟(jì)框架。文化框架最為常用,該框架下既有正面報(bào)道又有負(fù)面報(bào)道,但以負(fù)面報(bào)道居多;政治、戰(zhàn)略框架下以負(fù)面報(bào)道為主;而較多的正面報(bào)道來(lái)自于經(jīng)濟(jì)框架,但數(shù)量較少;诖,本文在討...
