本論文從英文合同語言特征入手，深入探討英文合同文本的中文翻譯這一課題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出一些實(shí)用的翻譯技巧。 作為本論文理論依托，當(dāng)代中國及西方翻譯界若干廣為應(yīng)用的理論成果在論文中予以了簡述，包括“信、達(dá)、雅”(嚴(yán)復(fù))、“重神似不重形似”(傅雷)、“化境”(錢鐘書)、“動(dòng)態(tài)對等”(奈達(dá))、“交際翻譯”(紐馬克)等理論。 本論文試圖評析這些譯論在實(shí)踐中的適用性：宏觀上其為翻譯實(shí)踐鋪陳必要的理論基礎(chǔ)，指導(dǎo)并影響翻譯決策；然而對于詞句精確性要求嚴(yán)格的合同翻譯而言，這些宏觀理論缺乏微觀操作性。有鑒于此，本論文試圖提供一些微觀實(shí)用的翻譯技巧以協(xié)助翻譯實(shí)踐。 本論文從詞匯、詞組及句法角度著手，詳盡闡述英文合同語言特征。在詞匯層面涵蓋古體詞、正式詞、專業(yè)術(shù)語、情態(tài)動(dòng)詞及詞性分析；在詞組層面涉及近義詞并置、副詞詞組、名詞詞組、介詞詞組；在句法層面囊括定語從句、狀語從句、長句和被動(dòng)句。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本論文探索了一些相應(yīng)的翻譯技巧，諸如省略法、語序調(diào)整、詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、合并法、分譯法等。此外，針對長句，在英漢句法對比的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)六條翻...
