集裝箱船設(shè)計(jì)中并行工程的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:船舶工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。船舶產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)建造是一項(xiàng)不僅工程復(fù)雜,又涉及眾多學(xué)科、部門及人員的綜合性作業(yè)。而船舶設(shè)計(jì)充當(dāng)船舶建造的信息來源,也是造船活動的第一道工序,不僅指導(dǎo)著生產(chǎn),更影響企業(yè)的運(yùn)營。目前船舶設(shè)計(jì)仍舊是串行設(shè)計(jì)模式居多,船舶各個設(shè)計(jì)過程間還不能實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫鏈接。尤其是前期設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)割裂明顯,造成建模,設(shè)計(jì)和繪圖工作的多次重復(fù),帶來大量的資源和成本浪費(fèi)。最終導(dǎo)致造船周期長、生產(chǎn)效率低下,與國外先進(jìn)船舶企業(yè)差距仍然較大。所以我們需要改進(jìn)船舶的設(shè)計(jì)模式,使設(shè)計(jì)階段間的聯(lián)系更加緊密,在船舶設(shè)計(jì)的前期階段就充分地考慮后期階段所要遇到的問題,縮短船舶設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高船舶設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。基于此本文提出在船舶各個設(shè)計(jì)階段共建與繼承同一模型的并行設(shè)計(jì)方法,并重點(diǎn)圍繞該方法在集裝箱船設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用展開了一系列的研究工作,希望為船舶企業(yè)的并行設(shè)計(jì)提供有價值的參考與借鑒。主要研究內(nèi)容及成果包括:(1)論述并行工程的基礎(chǔ)理論,探討船舶設(shè)計(jì)工程分解的相關(guān)理論及應(yīng)用,給出船舶設(shè)計(jì)的分解結(jié)構(gòu)與流程。(2)探討現(xiàn)階段船舶各設(shè)計(jì)階段的內(nèi)容,分析各設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作關(guān)系?偨Y(jié)船舶設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題,剖析現(xiàn)階段船舶設(shè)計(jì)的并行現(xiàn)狀與并行需求。提出集裝箱船并行設(shè)計(jì)的解決方案。(3)開展對集裝箱船并行設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究。構(gòu)建并行協(xié)同工作環(huán)境。提出并行設(shè)計(jì)集成開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)建方法,并建立其組織結(jié)構(gòu)。探討產(chǎn)品信息交互方法。重點(diǎn)研究設(shè)計(jì)各階段在同一平臺開展工作的辦法,構(gòu)建并行設(shè)計(jì)的流程。(4)對集裝箱船并行設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行應(yīng)用分析。詳細(xì)論述設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃的制定流程,給出并行計(jì)劃的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,研究計(jì)劃后期的跟蹤反饋方法。通過對計(jì)劃的評估分析可知,此計(jì)劃可以達(dá)到縮短船舶設(shè)計(jì)周期,減少設(shè)計(jì)差錯的目的?蔀楹罄m(xù)同類型船舶的并行設(shè)計(jì)提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Ship industry is the pillar industry of national economy. The design and construction of ship products is not only a complex project, but also involves many disciplines, departments and personnel. As the information source of ship construction, ship design is the first process of shipbuilding, which not only guides production, but also affects the operation of enterprises. At present, the ship design is still the serial design pattern, the ship design process can not realize seamless link. Especially, the separation between pre-design and production design is obvious, which results in repeated work of modeling, design and drawing, and brings a lot of waste of resources and cost. As a result, shipbuilding cycle is long, production efficiency is low, and there is still a big gap with foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprises. Therefore, we need to improve the design pattern of ships and make the relationship between the design stages more closely. In the early stage of ship design, we should fully consider the problems encountered in the later stage, shorten the period of ship design, and improve the quality of ship design. Based on this, a concurrent design method of building and inheriting the same model in all stages of ship design is proposed, and a series of research work is carried out focusing on the application of this method in container ship design. The author hopes to provide valuable reference for concurrent design of shipbuilding enterprises. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) the basic theory of concurrent engineering is discussed, the related theory and application of ship design engineering decomposition are discussed, and the decomposition structure and process of ship design are given. (2) the contents of each stage of ship design are discussed. Analyze the working relationship of each design stage. This paper summarizes the existing problems in ship design and analyzes the present parallel status and requirements of ship design. The solution of container ship concurrent design is put forward. (3) the research of container ship concurrent design method is carried out. Build a parallel collaborative work environment. In this paper, a method of constructing integrated development team for concurrent design is presented, and its organization structure is established. The method of product information interaction is discussed. The method of working on the same platform in each stage of the design is studied, and the process of concurrent design is constructed. (4) the application analysis of the concurrent design scheme of container ship is carried out. The process of making design plan is discussed in detail, and the implementation process of parallel plan is given, and the method of tracking and feedback in the later stage of planning is studied. Through the evaluation and analysis of the plan, it can be concluded that the plan can shorten the ship design cycle and reduce the design errors. It can provide valuable reference for concurrent design of the same type ships.
