【摘要】：我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村新階段,并且我國(guó)是典型的農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)民占社會(huì)人口中的絕大部分,所以首先要保障好農(nóng)民的切身利益,解決好農(nóng)民的醫(yī)療、人身安全、養(yǎng)老等保障問題,才能真正改善農(nóng)民的生活質(zhì)量。農(nóng)村商業(yè)人身保險(xiǎn)無疑是農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障的重要補(bǔ)充部分。與城市商業(yè)性人身保險(xiǎn)目前發(fā)展情況相比,農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)有所發(fā)展但力度不足,普及農(nóng)村地區(qū)人身保險(xiǎn)符合維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和平衡城鄉(xiāng)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的雙重要求。那么如何能設(shè)計(jì)出適合農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品是一項(xiàng)非常重要的研究,如何能扭轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)前農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展普及緩慢這一形勢(shì)也是需要更多的學(xué)者去研究。農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)農(nóng)村人口老齡化、完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保障體系具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前我國(guó)農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展滯后于農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)需求,農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品必須創(chuàng)新才能解決農(nóng)民的真實(shí)需求�；诖搜芯勘尘�,本文首先闡述了農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展背景和現(xiàn)狀,分析農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展形勢(shì)及問題。大多數(shù)農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品由城市產(chǎn)品照搬過來,而現(xiàn)在農(nóng)民的收入在穩(wěn)步提高,所以現(xiàn)有的大部分農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品尚不能真正滿足廣大農(nóng)民的需求。縱觀當(dāng)前的人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品不難發(fā)現(xiàn)很少有真正適合廣大農(nóng)村居民朋友的。本文針對(duì)以上問題,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷。在湖北省部分農(nóng)村地區(qū)采用實(shí)地考察、問卷調(diào)研方式,收集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸納分析。從充分考慮城鄉(xiāng)差異化、農(nóng)村人口特點(diǎn)、農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)文化等多角度總結(jié)。提出農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新思路和建議,希望能設(shè)計(jì)出更人性化的農(nóng)村保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,最終促使農(nóng)村人身保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品和市場(chǎng)朝著良性化方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Our country has entered a new stage of building a new socialist countryside, and our country is a typical agricultural country, and farmers account for the vast majority of the social population. Therefore, first of all, we must ensure the vital interests of farmers, solve the medical care and personal safety of farmers. Pension and other security issues, can truly improve the quality of life of farmers. Rural commercial life insurance is undoubtedly an important supplementary part of rural social security. Compared with the current development of urban commercial personal insurance, the rural market has developed but not enough. Popularizing personal insurance in rural areas meets the dual requirements of maintaining social stability and balancing the urban and rural insurance market. So how to design products suitable for the rural life insurance market is a very important research, how to reverse the current situation of the slow development of rural life insurance is also need more scholars to study. The benign cycle of the development of rural life insurance products is of great practical significance to the aging of the rural population and the improvement of the rural social old-age security system. At present, the development of rural life insurance products in China lags behind the demand of rural market, and rural personal insurance products must be innovated in order to solve the real needs of farmers. Based on this research background, this paper first expounds the development background and current situation of rural personal insurance, analyzes the development situation and problems of rural personal insurance market. Most of the rural life insurance products are copied from urban products, but now the income of farmers is steadily increasing, so most of the existing rural life insurance products can not really meet the needs of the majority of farmers. Looking at the current life insurance products, it is not difficult to find that there are few really suitable for the vast number of rural residents friends. In view of the above questions, this paper designs a questionnaire. In some rural areas of Hubei Province, field investigation, questionnaire survey, data collection and analysis. From the full consideration of urban and rural differences, rural population characteristics, rural traditional culture and other aspects of summing up. This paper puts forward the innovative ideas and suggestions of designing rural personal insurance products, hoping to design more humanized rural insurance products, and finally to promote the development of rural life insurance products and markets towards the direction of benign development.
