【摘要】：一體化教學(xué)方法作為職業(yè)教育的重要手段已經(jīng)被認(rèn)同,探索和建立適合企業(yè)發(fā)展、符合新型職業(yè)教育的課程模式,已經(jīng)成為職業(yè)技術(shù)院校提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要手段。國家人力資源和社會保障部2009年開始在全國部分具備條件的技工院校中開展一體化課程教學(xué)改革試點(diǎn)工作。幾年過去了,技工院校技能人才的培養(yǎng)定位,必然要求技工院校走工學(xué)一體化的改革之路,這是由培養(yǎng)對象和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)決定的。以典型工作任務(wù)為載體、工作過程為導(dǎo)向、校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合相和諧,專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)用工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相適應(yīng),綜合能力培養(yǎng)與學(xué)生未來職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展相匹配,理論教學(xué)與技能操作融會貫通的課程體系,形成以綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)為核心的技能人才培養(yǎng)體系,提高一體化教學(xué)水平和技能人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,讓"中國制造"響譽(yù)世界。
[Abstract]:As an important means of vocational education, the integrated teaching method has been recognized. Exploring and establishing a curriculum model suitable for the development of enterprises and in line with a new type of vocational education has become an important means to improve the teaching quality in vocational and technical colleges and universities. In 2009, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security began to carry out the pilot work of integrated curriculum teaching reform in some qualified technical colleges and universities throughout the country. After a few years, the training orientation of the skilled personnel in the technical colleges and universities will inevitably require them to take the road of the reform of the integration of engineering and learning, which is decided by the training object and the training goal. With typical work task as carrier, work process as guidance, cooperation between school and enterprise, harmonious combination of work and study, professional skill training and enterprise employment standard, comprehensive ability training and students' future career development are matched. The course system which combines theory teaching with skill operation, forms the training system of skilled personnel with the core of comprehensive vocational ability training, improves the level of integrated teaching and the quality of training skilled personnel, and makes "made in China" famous all over the world.
