【摘要】：貴州民營經(jīng)濟目前發(fā)展勢頭良好,但發(fā)育程度較低,存在不少隱憂。融資難融資貴、稅務機關(guān)違規(guī)收取過頭稅、地方政府管理水平和服務意識不足、社保費用和房租費用增長過快等是主要制約因素。當前經(jīng)濟下行壓力加大,政府要"放水養(yǎng)魚",努力為民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展創(chuàng)造公平良好的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Guizhou private economy development momentum is good, but the degree of development is low, there are many hidden worries. Financing is difficult to finance, tax authorities collect excessive tax illegally, local government management level and service consciousness is insufficient, social security fee and rent cost increase too fast are the main restrictive factors. At present, the downward pressure on the economy is increasing, so the government should "keep fish in water" and make great efforts to create a fair and favorable external environment for the development of private economy.
