【摘要】：本報告以《江蘇省高速公路沿線廣告設(shè)施管理辦法》為研究對象,結(jié)合對《中華人民共和國公路法》的英譯,通過分析翻譯過程中的重難點,闡述應(yīng)對難點的方法和處理效果,旨在總結(jié)地方文本的英譯原則,以及地方立法文本中無主句和長句的英譯方法�！督K省高速公路沿線廣告設(shè)施管理辦法》的英譯屬于江蘇省人民政府法制辦組織的地方法規(guī)規(guī)章的翻譯項目。該項目語言具有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,權(quán)威性和規(guī)范性,句式上大量使用陳述句和復(fù)雜長句。本項目報告從詞匯和句式兩個方面分析了英譯《江蘇省高速公路沿線廣告設(shè)施管理辦法》中的重難點,詞匯上,主要集中在對廣告和公路類專業(yè)用詞,中國特色詞匯以及法律術(shù)語的理解及翻譯,句式上,主要是對無主句和長句的恰當(dāng)表達(dá)。本項目報告通過查找官方網(wǎng)站,參閱平行文本,探討了以上難點的解決方法。首先,廣告和公路類專業(yè)用詞的翻譯應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)確性和一致性原則,其次,中國特色詞匯的英譯應(yīng)遵循約定俗成的原則,再次,法律術(shù)語的翻譯應(yīng)遵循規(guī)范性原則；同時,本項目探討了應(yīng)對無主句的方法,即增加主語,譯為狀語從句和被動句；此外,本項目主要采用拆分的方法來處理長句。立法文本的漢英翻譯要求譯者不僅具備一定的法律知識,更要熟練掌握翻譯技能。本項目報告通過總結(jié)和分析實踐中遇到的難點,希望對后期地方立法文本的翻譯有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This report takes "measures of Advertising facilities Management along Jiangsu Expressway" as the research object, combined with the English translation of the Highway Law of the people's Republic of China, through the analysis of the important and difficult points in the process of translation. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the principles of translating local texts into English. The English translation of Advertising facilities along Jiangsu Expressway belongs to the translation of local laws and regulations organized by the people's Government of Jiangsu Province. The language of the project is rigorous. The project report analyzes the important and difficult points in the English translation of Jiangsu Province Highway Advertising facilities Management measures from the two aspects of vocabulary and sentence structure. In terms of vocabulary, it mainly focuses on the understanding and translation of advertising and highway professional words, Chinese characteristic words and legal terms, and sentence patterns. This project report, by looking up the official website, referring to the parallel text, discusses the solutions to the above difficulties. First of all. The principles of accuracy and consistency should be applied to the translation of advertising and highway professional words. Secondly, the translation of Chinese characteristic words into English should follow the principle of common usage, and thirdly, the translation of legal terms should follow the normative principle. At the same time, this project discusses the ways to deal with the non-subject sentence, that is, to add the subject and translate it into adverbial clauses and passive sentences. In addition, this project mainly uses split method to deal with long sentences. Chinese-English translation of legislative texts requires translators not only to have certain legal knowledge. Through summarizing and analyzing the difficulties encountered in practice, this project report hopes to be useful for the later translation of local legislative texts.
