隨著中國經(jīng)濟國際地位的提高,中國與世界商貿(mào)活動日益頻繁。商務談判作為商貿(mào)活動的重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著更加關鍵的作用,這也使實現(xiàn)跨文化商務談判的順利完成成為一個具有現(xiàn)實意義的研究課題。 語用失誤作為和語言、文化及交際密切相關的因素,嚴重阻礙了交際的順利完成,因此一直是學術界所重視的問題。自1983年Jenny Thomas首次提出語用失誤這個術語以來,國內外眾多語用學者從各個角度對此領域做了大量研究,并取得了顯著的研究成果。 本文以Sperber & Wilson提出的關聯(lián)理論為指導,以熊學亮的認知語境理論為切入點,探究跨文化商務談判的語用失誤問題。作者認為,雖然語言語用因素會導致跨文化商務談判的語用失誤,但是社交語用因素根植于特定的文化中,對跨文化商務談判產(chǎn)生更為重要的影響。本文將從認知語用學角度探討跨文化商務談判語用失誤的表現(xiàn)和成因,并提出相應建議供談判者參考,使其在跨文化商務談判中游刃有余。 通過分析跨文化商務談判的語用失誤,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)認知語境在跨文化交際中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。知識草案、心理圖式和社會心理表征這三個認知語境變量對跨文化商務談判中出現(xiàn)的語用失誤具有極強的解...
